Fun and Festive 'Frozen Mule' Recipe
Create This Incredible ‘Frozen Mule’ Cocktail for You and Your Holiday Guests
This week I have been on a mission…to create a fun and festive cocktail for the holidays! Sure it’s a tough job but, someone has to do it! I’ve concocted. I’ve shaken. I’ve frozen. I’ve tasted. Um, and I’ve tasted again! The result is a fabulous frozen holiday cocktail reminiscent of the Moscow Mule. This new cocktail combines the seasonal flavors of cranberry, pomegranate and ginger and elevates them with a few simple twists. This mule gets the winter chill by spending a little time in the freezer. The combination of ingredients allow this cocktail to take on a perfect slushy consistency. Topping this cocktail with a splash of Sprite Zero adds the perfect effervescence finishing touch.
Whether you are entertaining a large group or having an intimate gathering, it is fun to feature a signature cocktail for the holidays. This one is sure to be a BIG hit!

In a plastic container (with lid) mix together Vodka, Cranberry Juice, Cherry Pomegranate Juice and Ginger Beer. Place lid on container and make sure that it is secure and air-tight. Place in the freezer. Periodically shake or stir the mixture. The mixture will become slushy. Allow mixture to freezer to chill in the freezer overnight.
SUPER HELPFUL TIP ALERT: Make a large batch to store in your freezer. You will be ready with a festive cocktail when unexpected guests stop by.
For Serving:
Once the mix is frozen and slushy it is ready to be served. To prevent the alcohol from settling, be sure to stir one last time prior to use.
Portion out in to cocktail glasses.
Top with a splash of Sprite Zero (regular zero is too sweet) and a sprig of rosemary. Serve and enjoy!
